Returns & Exchanges Policy
Veils & Accessories
We accept returns on select veils and accessories (excluding earrings), provided the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all tags attached.
Ready-to-Wear Styles
If you purchase an item from our Ready-to-Wear collection and it isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
-
Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders).
-
Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
-
Items that show signs of wear, makeup marks, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Bespoke / Made-to-Order Styles
Due to the customised nature of bespoke and made-to-order items, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available once an order has been placed and processed.
Re-Loved Styles
All Re-Loved garments are sold as-is and are final sale.
While we take care to provide accurate descriptions and images, buyers acknowledge that minor wear may be present due to the pre-loved nature of these items. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be offered on Re-Loved styles.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at themrsedit@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. All returns must be approved by The Mrs Edit (TME) prior to being sent back.
Once approved, returned items must be received by TME within:
-
14 days for Australian orders
-
21 days for international orders
Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
Return shipping costs and any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable customs charges will be deducted from the issued store credit.
Store Credit
-
Approved returns will be issued as a store credit only.
-
Store credits are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.
-
Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
